The service

  • Ecom Heroes is a fully managed remote talent service for ecommerce brands and agencies. We source, vet, train, onboard, pay, and manage remote specialists across operations, growth, and design, so you direct the work while we run everything around it. See every role.

  • One arrangement covers sourcing, the seven-stage Hero Selection System, Ecommerce Hero Training, structured onboarding, international contracts and payroll, and ongoing management with regular check-ins and performance support. You talk to your Hero directly; we stay in the background handling the administration. The full article.

  • Ecommerce brand founders and operators, and marketing agency owners, who need specialist capacity but do not want to run recruitment, payroll, and people management in-house.

  • Heroes are remote professionals selected through a global talent search. The Heroes featured on our site are based in cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Gujranwala. Each Hero is matched to your time zone and working hours as part of deployment. Why we hire this way.

Roles and teams

Selection

  • Through the seven-stage Hero Selection System: a global talent search, experience verification, a role-specific skill challenge, a character and communication assessment, Ecommerce Hero Training, Top 1% Hero Approval, and deployment matched to your goals, systems, and team.

  • Only the exceptional few who meet the full Ecom Heroes standard earn the Hero title. Roughly the top one percent of applicants make it through. Most never reach the approval stage.

  • Yes. After your custom hiring plan you meet a shortlist of vetted, trained Heroes who already fit your stack and ways of working, and you choose the person you want on the team.

  • Additional training that selected candidates complete before they meet you, covering systems, workflows, collaboration habits, and performance standards, so your Hero arrives fluent in how an online store runs.

Working with a Hero

  • You do. Your Hero works inside your business, on your priorities, reporting to you. Ecom Heroes handles contracts, payroll, check-ins, and performance support in the background and steps in early if anything drifts.

  • Tell us the hours and the overlap you need when you request a plan. Coverage is written into the custom hiring plan, and Heroes are matched to your time zone as part of deployment.

  • We stay involved after placement. If your needs change, we help you scale up, which can mean adjusting hours, adding a role, or restructuring the team. If something is off, we catch it early and fix it fast.

  • Pricing is transparent and predictable. One arrangement covers the sourcing, the vetting, the training, the payroll, and the support, and the specifics for your roles and hours are set out in your custom hiring plan before anyone starts. There is no public rate card because every plan is built around specific roles and scope. How plans work.

For agencies

  • Yes. Agencies and consultants use Ecom Heroes as the talent layer behind client delivery, with Heroes working under the agency's direction inside the agency's processes. The partnerships page explains the referral, agency, technology, and strategic models.

  • Often, depending on volume and complexity. How many accounts one Hero can own is exactly what the custom hiring plan works out with you.

Getting started
